Every Tap Direct NFC product is built for daily, real-world business use.

That’s why all Tap Direct products are backed by a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware faults, and NFC functionality issues that occur under normal use.

 

What the 5-Year Warranty Covers

If your Tap Direct product:

  • Stops scanning correctly
  • Develops a manufacturing or material fault
  • Experiences NFC failure under normal business use

We’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please email jack@tapdirect.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo or short video (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether the product qualifies and provide next steps. If approved, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft
  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications
