How the 100-Day Trial Works
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be returned to us in working condition
- You must email us first to initiate the return
To start a return, simply email jack@tapdirect.co within 100 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Once the product has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
