How does it work?

Each product uses NFC technology — the same type used in transport cards.

A customer simply taps their phone on the stand or tag and it instantly opens your Instagram profile or Google review page.

There are no apps, QR codes, WiFi, Bluetooth, or charging required.

 

Do customers need to download anything?

No.

The customer’s phone just needs to be awake (home screen or lock screen). That’s it.

It works on both iPhone and Android.


How is my NFC product programmed?

We program every product before it’s shipped, so it arrives ready to use.

  • Instagram: we copy and paste your direct Instagram profile link
  • Google Reviews: we generate a direct review link using your Google Place ID, so customers go straight to your star rating — no searching or extra steps

There are no redirected links, which means fewer errors and faster loading.


What information do you need from my business?

You can enter this directly on the product page when ordering.

We’ll ask for:

  • Your Instagram handle, or
  • Your Google Business name and location(s)

That’s all we need to program it correctly.


How long does it last?

The NFC chip is passive, meaning:

  • No battery
  • No charging
  • No software updates

Under normal use, it’s designed to last for years.

All products are backed by our 5-year warranty.


Where should I place it in my shop?

Best-performing spots are:

  • Near the POS system
  • On the counter
  • Anywhere customers naturally pause or wait

Circle tags come with a strong adhesive backing, so you can place them wherever works best for your space.

 

Can I move it after placing it?

Yes.

Just be careful when removing adhesive-backed tags to avoid damaging the surface.

 

What if something doesn’t work?

If you ever have an issue, we’re here to help.

We offer friendly 7-day support, and if there’s a fault covered under warranty, we’ll repair or replace it.
